Formula 1 Extends Barcelona-Catalunya Grand Prix Through 2032

Formula 1 has confirmed a major long-term commitment to racing in Spain, announcing a multi-year extension with the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya that secures Grand Prix weekends in 2028, 2030, and 2032, alongside the already scheduled 2026 event. Beginning this year, the race will also adopt a refreshed title: the Barcelona-Catalunya Grand Prix. The renewed agreement follows a period of significant investment at the historic venue. Recent upgrades include the Circuit Rooftop, a new hospitality complex overlooking turns 9, 10, and 11 and the entry to the main straight, as well as the installation of solar panels across the facility.
