Wolff reflects on Mercedes' immediate internal restructuring
Mercedes have announced a significant change to their senior leadership team, confirming that Bradley Lord has been appointed Deputy Team Principal with immediate effect. T he long‑serving member of the Brackley organisation will support Team Principal and CEO Toto Wolff, strengthening the team’s management structure as Formula 1 continues to grow in scale and complexity. Lord’s promotion marks the latest step in a career that has spanned more than two decades in Formula 1. He joined Mercedes in 2013 as Communications Manager and has since held several senior roles, most recently serving as Team Representative and Chief Communications Officer.
