McLaren reveals logo for 50th anniversary
McLaren will celebrate its 50th anniversary on 2 September, with a wide range of events lined up throughout the year. To mark the occasion, the Woking-based outfit has released a special logo which will be featured on team shirts in 2013. Founded back in 1963 by Bruce McLaren, the team made its Formula 1 debut at the 1966 Monaco Grand Prix. Since then, it has gone on to win 8 Constructors' and 12 Drivers' world titles, as well as claim 155 pole positions and 182 race victories.
