Tim Goss appointed new McLaren Mercedes Technical Director

February 25th, 2013 (F1plus).- It is not exactly a surprise but there is still some shocking element on the news. McLaren announced that Tim Goss is going to be its new Technical Director for the 2013 season and forwards –unless something changes along the way- and with that the long speculated future of Paddy Lowe is, well, partially settled, as he will stay with the team in different role throughout the year. Goss is along serving McLaren employee since he joined the outfit back in 1990 as a Development Engineer.
