Button: Pérez feedback is very important
Although Jenson Button has taken on more of a leading role at McLaren since Lewis Hamilton's exit, he believes new team-mate Sergio Pérez has had a significant influence on the development of the team's latest contender throughout testing. The Briton, who is preparing to enter his fourth season with the Woking-based outfit, says at times the former Sauber driver's feedback has been more important. "After the departure of Lewis and the arrival of Sergio, I have been able to put my stamp on the car, but as soon as you put it on the circuit it's equal," Button told media, including GPUpdate.net. "You both have the same amount of days. Checo's feedback is just as important....
