Maldonado expects Williams to step forward in Spain

Pastor Maldonado has said he expects Williams to make a 'step forward' at the F1 2013 Spanish Grand Prix next month.The Grove-based outfit had another weekend to forget in Bahrain, although the Venezuelan did fight his way through the field to eventually finish eleventh, just one spot off a place in the points.It was a good run, especially after he only qualified 17th, and Maldonado felt he had got the most out of the underperforming FW35. “Considering the problems we have been having, I think we got 100 per cent out of the car,” Maldonado confirmed.“We put everything together today, working well as a team and managing the tyres, and eleventh was the maximum we could have...
