HRT F1 cars to race in BOSS GP Series

The HRT Formula One cars will return to competitive action later this year after their current owner, Teo Martin, reached an agreement to run the cars in the BOSS GP Series. Scrapyard owner Martin bought two 2011 chassis's from the now defunct HRT team, as well as the equipment required to run them. Spanish businessman Carlos Molla reached an agreement with Martin to run the cars in the single seater series which pits different types of cars, including CART and IndyCar, against one another on various European tracks. F1 tyre supplier Pirelli also bought a HRT chassis and recently confirmed it would auction it off for charity.
