Lauda plays down Vettel speculation

Niki Lauda has moved to quell speculation that Mercedes is looking to put together a deal to sign triple F1 champion Sebastian Vettel.Reports at the weekend had suggested that the Brackley-based team was interested in trying to secure an agreement with the German, with Red Bull's advisor Helmut Marko quoted as saying that Vettel was the kind of driver that Mercedes should be trying to sign.Lauda has however attempted to quash the reports despite himself appearing to suggest that Vettel could be an option in future.Instead, the Austrian insisted that Mercedes was pleased with its current pairing of Nico Rosberg and Lewis Hamilton, and that signing Vettel wasn't being considered."Forget...
