Maldonado: This car is difficult to drive

Pastor Maldonado lamented the fall of Williams after qualifying 18th a track where just 12 months prior he claimed pole position. Last season the Venezuelan driver pulled off a surprise when he secured pole position for the Spanish GP and a day later won the grand prix. This year, though, there is was a very different story. Arriving at Barcelona as the only established outfit without a single World Championship points, Williams had hoped their raft of updates would recitfy the situation. However, when qualifying came along there was little sign of any improvement. Neither driver made it out of Q1 with Valtteri Bottas 17th quickest and Maldonado crossing the line down in 18th place....
