Red Bull 'not going the pace of the car'

Red Bull has a much faster car than the fourth and fifth places it achieved at the Spanish Grand Prix on Sunday but the pace has been masked by the quick-degrading Pirellis, according to Sebastian Vettel. The German, who retained his championship lead, finished ahead of teammate Mark Webber at Catalunya as both the Red Bull drivers struggled to come in terms of managing their tyres. “We need to catch up; we’re not going the pace of the car, we’re going the pace of the tyres and obviously we do something to make the tyres wear more,” Vettel observed.
