Pirelli aims to reduce pit-stops by Britain
"true">Formula 1 tyre supplier Pirelli will be making changes to its tyre compounds prior to the British Grand Prix, with Motorsport Director Paul Hembery stating that the number of pit-stops at the Circuit de Catalunya last Sunday reached an undesirable level. With four pit lane visits transpiring as the winning strategy in Barcelona, Hembery says a number of tweaks will be made to its tyres over the coming weeks, although he failed to go into detail as to whether all four slick compounds will be overhauled.
