Hamilton admits need to improve one-lap pace

Lewis Hamilton says he needs to improve his one-lap pace if he is to challenge his team-mate Nico Rosberg for pole position for the Monaco Grand Prix. Rosberg set the fastest time in both of the practice sessions on Thursday, with Hamilton a quarter of a second off the pace in FP1 and 0.3s slower than Rosberg in FP2. Hamilton said he felt he'd had an encouraging day but that he needed to look at ways of finding more pace over one lap in time for qualifying on Saturday.
