Rihanna to headline Singapore GP concert

Singapore Grand Prix organisers have announced that Rihanna is to headline this year's race day concert. The Barbadian recording artist, who has sold more than 41 million albums worldwide, will perform as part of her '2013 Diamonds World Tour'. Rihanna, who has picked up six Grammy Awards and seven Billboard Music Awards to date, is the most successful digital artist of all time, while she boasts over 2.9 billion YouTube hits, 63 million Facebook fans and 29 million Twitter followers. In addition to Rihanna's Sunday evening appearance, rock band The Killers are due to perform at the post-qualifying concert, with another headline act yet to be revealed.
