Webber at risk of penalty after reprimand

Mark Webber is at risk of being penalised after he was given his second reprimand of the season in Canada on Friday. Should he receive another, he will face a 10-place grid penalty. The Red Bull driver failed to slow sufficiently for yellow flags which were out because of Pastor Maldonado's FP1 crash. The stewards decided to reprimand Webber and Maldonado's team-mate Valtteri Bottas who also failed to slow down for the incident. "The Stewards found no evidence of a significant reduction in speed that is required under Article 2.4.5.1 (b) of Appendix H of the International Sporting Code," read a statement from the stewards.
