Horner coy on Toro Rosso duo

Red Bull Team Principal, Christian Horner, says it is too early to judge whether Toro Rosso driver's Jean-Eric Vergne and Daniel Ricciardo are ready to make the jump to the mother team.The pair have scored 20 points combined for Toro Rosso this season, with Vergne's sixth place at the 2013 F1 Canadian Grand Prix being the team's highlight.
