F1 2013 – FIA Tribunal underway

The FIA tribunal into the Mercedes/Pirelli test-gate is underway in Paris this morning.A surprise appearance has been from Red Bull team boss Christian Horner who has come to listen to the proceedings, other teams, Ferrari, McLaren and Williams have all sent legal representatives.Ross Brawn is being defended by Paul Harris QC who successfully defended Brawn during the 2009 double diffuser case.Pirelli representative Paul Hembery is also at the tribunal along with FIA man Charlie Whiting.
