Button's helmet goes interactive for British GP

Mobil 1 has teamed up with Blippar – the augmented reality experts – to make the Mobil 1 logo on Jenson Button and Sergio Perez’s helmets interactive for this weekend’s British Grand Prix (00:01 a.m. Friday morning through to 11:59 p.m. Monday evening). If fans can get close enough – either at the circuit or whilst viewing on TV – or if they come across the Mobil 1 logo anywhere else, they can scan it with the Blippar app on their smartphone or tablet to unlock a number of key features. These include links to funny film clips starring Jenson Button, information on the Vodafone McLaren Mercedes MP4-28 and even a function that allows you to take a picture...
