Sauber announces Russia tie-up

PARIS, France, July 15, 2013 (AFP) - Financially troubled Formula One team Sauber on Monday announced a new partnership with Russian investors, in part to help promote the sport ahead of the country's inaugural grand prix at Sochi next year. The Swiss team said in a statement it had signed a deal with the Investment Cooperation International Fund, the State Fund of Development of North-West Russian Federation and the National Institute of Aviation Technologies.
