Pirelli names tyres for Korea, Japan and India

Different combinations will be used in Korea, Japan and India Sutton Images Enlarge Pirelli has named the tyre compounds that will be used at the upcoming grands prix in Korea, Japan and India. Supersoft and medium compounds will be used in Korea to tackle with the slippery surface at Yeongam before the mediums and hards are used in Japan a week later to cope with the high-speed nature of the circuit. The Indian Grand Prix, a race often criticised for being dull due to a lack of tyre degradation, will see the soft and medium compounds in action - the same as last year, although this year's compounds are softer across the range.
