Singapore GP marks three years since Ferrari's last dry pole

Ferrari’s lack of answers to Red Bull’s rampage hit a new low at the Singapore Grand Prix on Saturday after Sebastian Vettel claimed yet another pole position while the Italian team struggled. The qualifying session at the Marina Bay street circuit marked three years since Ferrari and Fernando Alonso’s last pole position in dry conditions. Since joining the team in 2010, the Spaniard – who will start Sunday’s race from seventh - has registered all four of Ferrari’s pole in that period with his last top position claimed at the German GP last year in wet conditions.
