Grosjean: Second the maximum result

Romain Grosjean says second position represented the "best" possible outcome his Lotus team could have wished for in Sunday afternoon's United States Grand Prix. The Frenchman, who started from third on the grid, got the jump on Mark Webber as the field approached the first corner, before impressively fending off his rival in the closing stages of the race to secure the runner-up spot behind Sebastian Vettel. "It was a good race," Grosjean reflected. "I had a good start so I could pass Mark [at the first corner]. I almost got Seb as well. Then the car was just working very well."
