Vettel surprised by big gap to rivals at Interlagos

Interlagos, BRAZIL, November 23rd, 2013 (F1Plus / Bruno Ferreira) - Sebastian Vettel admits he was shocked after catching his 45th pole position in his F1 career, this Saturday at Interlagos, with such a dominating performance. The four-time world champion will start the Brazilian GP on pole position after setting a lap 0,6s quicker then second-placed Nico Rosberg, who will share the front row with his countryman. “It was a big surprise,” said Vettel about the gap. “I went straight on intermediates an was able to get a very, very good lap in straight away.
