Mercedes to unveil 2014 challenger at Jerez
Mercedes has confirmed that they will unveil their 2014 car at the Jerez circuit, on the morning of the first day of winter testing.
The Brackley-based team confirmed on social networking site Twitter that they will take the covers off their new car on the 28th January, ahead of four days of testing at the Spanish circuit.
A spokesperson for the team clarified to RichlandF1 that there would not be a launch before that date, with drivers Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg revealing the team's challenger in the Jerez pit lane.
It confirms that the team will attend the test, unlike rivals Lotus who yesterday confirmed that they will not take part in the first test of the 2014 season.
