Bernie faces German trial
Bernie Ecclestone will be back in the dock in April to answer changes of bribery in a Munich court.
After months of speculation, a Munich count confirmed on Thursday that the FIA supremo would face charges.
"Under current planning, the main trial should start in late April," said in a statement.
The charges of bribery relate to the sale of Formula One to CVC during which time Ecclestone is alleged to have paid a bribe to German banker Gerhard Gribkowsky.
Gribkowsky is already serving eight-and-a-half years having been found guilty of accepting a bribe and tax fraud.
Ecclestone, however, has always maintained his innocence, insisting he didn't pay a bribe but rather a shake-down.
