Improvements must be made - Renault

Red Bull/Getty Images Renault says that improvements must be made to their power units if they are to achieve good results in 2014. Renault endured a difficult pre-season campaign but matters improved in Australia. Nonetheless, head of track operations Remi Taffin acknowledges that Renault must allow their four customer teams to prove their worth at the Malaysian Grand Prix. "There are definitely mixed feelings," he said. "Having cars retire is not acceptable and shows we need to improve our reliability across the board.
