Rosberg urges Mercedes calm

Nico Rosberg has urged the Mercedes team to continue working hard and not to 'fall asleep' despite making such a strong start to the 2014 Formula One season. Rosberg was in dominant form during the season's first race in Australia earlier this month, qualifying on pole and leading from start to finish. Such was Mercedes' pace at Albert Park, their rivals estimated that Rosberg and team-mate Lewis Hamilton were about a second per lap faster than the other cars on the grid. Nevertheless, Rosberg believes Mercedes can ill-afford to become complacent so early in the season.
