Abu Dhabi track chief defends double points

bu Dhabi's circuit chief has spoken out in support of Formula 1's recently ratified decision to award double points for the final round of the 2014 campaign, which the UAE capital will host in late November. The FIA has made the change in an attempt to keep title battles alive as long as possible, sparking a largely negative reaction from fans and prompting current World Champion Sebastian Vettel to label it "absurd".
