P2: Hamilton top from Alonso
Lewis Hamilton was fastest in second practice for the Chinese GP ahead of Fernando Alonso and Nico Rosberg.The Mercedes driver overcame a handling problem on his Mercedes to lap the 5.451km Shanghai International Circuit in a time of 1:38.315s to go 0.141s faster than Alonso's Ferrari.
Hamilton's team-mate Nico Rosberg was third fastest ahead of Red Bull pair Daniel Ricciardo and Sebastian Vettel. The top ten was completed by Felipe Massa (Williams), Kimi Raikkonen (Ferrari), Jenson Button (McLaren), Romain Grosjean (Lotus) and Daniil Kvyat (Toro Rosso).
