Montezemolo continues Ferrari restructure
After replacing Stefano Domenicali with Marco Mattiacci early this month, Ferrari President Luca di Montezemolo has continued to make changes at Ferrari.
The latest changes are centered on decreasing bureaucracy within the team, and simplifying the staff hierarchy so that the necessary improvements the team needs to move up the grid can be incorporated.
As a result, the large amount of outside consultants that have assisted the team in recent times have been slashed, with a bigger focus on areas Ferrari are confident of making immediate improvements.
