Kaltenborn 'impressed' by van der Garde
– Sauber Team Principal Monisha Kaltenborn has told GPUpdate.net that she has been 'very impressed' this year with Giedo van der Garde. The Dutchman, who competed with Caterham last season, signed as a test and reserve driver for the Swiss squad back in January and thus far has taken part in three Friday practice sessions - in Bahrain, China and Spain - and as well as in the post-race test in Bahrain. He is also in action today (Tuesday) for the post-Spanish GP test. "I am very impressed with the way Giedo has adapted to our team," Kaltenborn told GPUpdate.net last weekend during the event at Barcelona's Circuit de Catalunya.
