Ferrari's Montezemolo heaps praise on Alonso
Fernando Alonso has received praise from Ferrari president Luca di Montezemolo following comments the Spaniard made on Wednesday, which suggested he was angered by the lack of praise from Ferrari's management. Head of Mercedes Dieter Zetsche described the Ferrari driver as "perhaps the best driver" on the grid amid rumours Alonso is looking to leave Ferrari to replace Nico Rosberg at the German marque. In response, Alonso said it was nice to hear such comments and said such support from his "inner circle" wasn't so forthcoming.
