Newey signs new multi-year deal with Red Bull

Adrian Newey has signed a new 'multi-year' deal with Red Bull Racing, the team has officially announced. The confirmation from the Milton Keynes-based outfit puts an end to speculation in recent weeks linking him with a big-money move to Ferrari. The 55-year-old is widely regarded as one of the best Formula 1 car designers in the sport's history and he joined Red Bull as its chief technical officer at the beginning of the 2006 season. He has been an integral part in the team's rise to the top, helping them to four consecutive constructors' titles between 2010 and 2013.
