Chilton handed grid penalty for Bianchi collision

The Marussias head towards Turn 4 Getty Images Enlarge Max Chilton has been handed a three-place grid penalty for the Austrian Grand Prix after causing a collision which took himself and team-mate Jules Bianchi out of the race on the opening lap in Canada. Marussia came back to earth with a bang after its maiden points finish in Monaco, with Chilton getting out of shape on the approach to Turn 4 and losing the rear of his car. That put him into the path of Bianchi and pitched the Frenchman into the wall and out of the race, while also ending his own run of 26 consecutive race finishes.
