Ricciardo surprised by results against Vettel
Daniel Ricciardo admits it “has been surprising” to have got the better of team-mate Sebastian Vettel so often this year. Having joined the team from Toro Rosso over the winter, Ricciardo has been quick to show his potential by often outqualifying the four-time world champion. Having taken his first victory in Canada – Red Bull's only win of the year so far – Ricciardo is currently third in the drivers' championship behind the two Mercedes drivers.
