Button: We all need to work harder

Jenson Button says he thinks everyone at McLaren needs to work that bit harder and that it is not helpful to point the figure at any one individual. His comments came after McLaren CEO Ron Dennis told Sky Sports that the 2009 F1 World Champion needs to 'try harder' and needs to be consistently beating his rookie team-mate, Kevin Magnussen. Speaking ahead of this weekend's British Grand Prix and asked for his response, Button replied: “I think Ron is practising to be a motivational speaker maybe.
