Nasr takes dominant sprint race victory

Sutton Images Enlarge Felipe Nasr bounced back from a disappointing Saturday to claim a dominant victory in the GP2 sprint race at Silverstone. Nasr had only managed to finish sixth in Saturday's feature, losing valuable points to championship leader Jolyon Palmer who finished second, but made amends off the line as he passed pole-sitter Stephane Richelmi into Abbey. The move was the only one Nasr had to make for the rest of the race as he romped home to claim the win. Palmer looked to have a tough race in store after the reversed grid left him lower down the order, but a battling performance in front of his home fans meant he limited the damage inflicted by Nasr by crossing the line...
