Williams vow to stay grounded

Williams are determined not to get carried away by their recent performances, according to head of vehicle performance Rob Smedley. After a steady start to the season, Williams have kicked on in recent races as they locked out the front row of the grid in Austria with Felipe Massa on pole and Valtteri Bottas went on to finish P3 in the race. Bottas then took another step forward with a P2 at Silverstone last time out and naturally the team's odds of a double podium in Germany are looking good at Paddy Power.
