Hamilton not interested in mind games

Getty Images Enlarge Lewis Hamilton insists he is not interested in playing mind games with Nico Rosberg this season but knows that only the Mercedes driver who is mentally toughest will win the 2014 title. By claiming victory in Silverstone after Rosberg's retirement Hamilton closed the gap in the drivers' standings to just four points, an important result after two costly qualifying mistakes in succession. Hamilton and Rosberg have both made statements this season which have been interpreted in some quarters as mind games against the other but the 2008 world champion insists he is only focused on what is going on inside his own head.
