Kobayashi: Steps aren’t big enough

Kamui Kobayashi says the steps Caterham has been making so far this season have not been big enough. Having been beaten to 10th place in the constructors' championship by Marussia last year, 2014 offered both teams the opportunity to close the gap to the front runners courtesy of the new regulations.
