Hamilton fastest in opening Monza practice

– Lewis Hamilton set the standard during Friday morning's first practice session for the Italian Grand Prix, finishing comfortably clear of McLaren's Jenson Button and Mercedes team-mate Nico Rosberg.Hamilton moved to the top of the timesheets with just over 20 minutes left on the clock, later lowering the benchmark to 1:26.187, six tenths up on nearest rival Button.Rosberg, the centre of attention after his apology for clashing with Hamilton at the previous Spa-Francorchamps round, was almost two tenths further back in third.Fernando Alonso was the last of the drivers to lap within a second of pace-setter Hamilton, trialling Ferrari's ultra-thin rear wing while team-mate Kimi...
