Sirotkin to make FP1 debut at Sochi
Sergey Sirotkin will make his debut for Sauber in FP1 at the Russian Grand Prix. The 19-year-old has been a test driver for Sauber since 2013 when he joined the team as part of a tie-up with Russian investors and was originally set for a race seat in 2014. However, that move was postponed and Sirotkin has remained in the Formula Renault 3.5 championship, where he currently lies fifth in the championship. Sirotkin today revealed via that he would be driving at Sochi next month, appearing at his home race in FP1.
