FIA to review Super Licence qualifications

– The FIA is to review the process by which a driver qualifies for a Super Licence after questions were raised in the wake of Max Verstappen's promotion to Formula 1.Super Licences are mandatory if a driver is to race in Formula 1 and are granted to those who enjoy success in junior divisions, with Verstappen set to be granted his Super Licence having completed over 300km of running in private testing for Toro Rosso.But due to anomalies in the system, Caterham's Roberto Merhi did not automatically qualify for a Super Licence prior to his practice outing at Monza as his Formula 3 Euro Series title from 2011 fell outside of the time limits.But the FIA is now set to assess this system...
