Lack of power hinders Sutil
Sauber F1 Team
Sauber driver Adrian Sutil was left frustrated after a Power Unit issue rendered him unable to progress through the first knockout segment during qualifying for the Singapore Grand Prix.
Sutil, who has yet to score a point in 2014, was 17th quickest in the session and consequently found himself eliminated from proceedings.
"It is a pity that qualifying was not as good as we expected," he said.
"But on the other hand, we have had issues with the power unit and the energy management since yesterday. Because of this, we were not able to extract full power during qualifying, which cost me a lot of time on the straights.
