Hamilton chasing first win at Suzuka
Current championship leader Lewis Hamilton is hoping to score his first victory at the Suzuka circuit this weekend.
The Englishman already has one Japanese Grand Prix win under his belt, but that was back in 2007 when Fuji hosted the race.
In fact, Hamilton has only finished on the podium once at Suzuka, after finishing the 2009 event in third place. The 2008 world champion re-claimed the lead in the drivers' standings at the last race in Singapore after registering his second consecutive victory and seventh of the 2014 season.
