Vettel aiming to be 'smart' over penalties

Sebastian Vettel says he will need to be 'smart' with engine penalties if he is to minimise the damage a grid drop will inflict on one of his remaining five race weekends.
Vettel is one of a handful of drivers just one component change away from copping a 10 place grid drop, a fate which has already befallen Toro Rosso racer Daniil Kvyat.
While admitting that a grid drop is inevitable before the end of 2014, Vettel is sure Red Bull can be tactical and limit the damage to his race prospects.
"The rules are as they are but surely at some stage we have to take some penalties, which penalties those will be is not entirely clear yet," he said.
