Azerbaijan layout unveiled for Baku European Grand Prix in 2016
Formula One group CEO Bernie Ecclestone and Azad Rahimov, Azerbaijan’s Minister of Youth and Sport, unveiled the layout of the exciting new Hermann Tilke-designed Baku European Grand Prix street circuit at a special press event in Baku, Azerbaijan on Tuesday. The Baku European Grand Prix will take place in 2016 and Tuesday’s event saw Mr Ecclestone and Minister Rahimov presenting the layout of the street circuit that will see Formula One cars racing through the streets of Baku on F1’s newest track.
