Vergne drops to tenth with Grosjean crash penalty

Jean-Eric Vergne lost out on his ninth place finish after the race stewards handed him a five-second post-race penalty for colliding with Romain Grosjean. The Toro Rosso driver attempted to pass Grosjean, but ran into the side of the Lotus as he did, causing minor damage to Grosjean's front-wing. Vergne went on to finish tenth, but was promoted to ninth when Pastor Maldonado was also given a five-second penalty for speeding. However Vergne's penalty now swaps those positions around again. Grosjean meanwhile finished 11th but felt he lost out on a points finish as a result of the damage from the incident. "Fighting with JB [Jenson Button] was very very tight but definitely good...
