Ferrari denies making Vettel confirming tweet

Sebastian Vettel in a Ferrari cockpit but not yet confirmed by Maranello Ferrari has denied reports it is now officially confirming Sebastian Vettel's switch to the team for 2015 and beyond. The world of Formula 1 social media came alight late on Wednesday when a seemingly official Ferrari profile on Twitter announced: 'We are proud to welcome Sebastian Vettel as a member of the Ferrari family.' Hours before, Ferrari's actual Twitter account had tantalisingly teased: 'Changes are in the air. Something important is going to happen.'
