Bottas sets pace on Tuesday, while McLaren-Honda face early struggles

+ Valtteri Bottas ended the first day of post-season testing at Abu Dhai’s Yas Marina Circuit fastest for Williams. Bottas spent the majority of the day at the top of the timesheets, with his early time of 1:43.884 standing unbeaten until he himself improved late on, lowering the bar to a 1:43.396, half a second clear of fellow Finn Kimi Raikkonen. Nico Rosberg, back at the wheel of the car in which he lost the world championship on Sunday, was third fastest for Mercedes, completing 114 laps, the most of any driver on the day.
