Marchionne says Ferrari must not fear change
– Ferrari President Sergio Marchionne says that the squad must not fear change as it tries to recover from a dismal 2014 campaign in Formula 1.Marchionne used his speech at Ferrari's Christmas event in Maranello to urge the team to place its faith in new Team Principal Maurizio Arrivabene, who replaced Marco Mattiacci following the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.Off-track it was a season of change for Ferrari as Mattiacci had originally replaced Stefano Domenicali after the latter offered his resignation, while Marchionne took over from long-time President Luca di Montezemolo in October.Ferrari endured its first win-less season since 1993 and placed fourth in the Constructors' Championship,...
